To inspire and empower students to meet high academic standards, achieve their desired career goals, and support those with special needs.

Vision Statement:
To provide world-class education services for children and adult learners in Fairfax County. We will increase access to educational and training opportunities, address COVID pandemic learning loss, and prepare students for success in the workforce, college enrollment, or trade apprenticeship upon graduation to benefit their lives and improve the community within the next four years.

Objective:
To provide a strategy the Fairfax County School Board can implement that results in the restoration of parental rights in education, transparency, trade and financial literacy, school safety, staff recruitment and retention, mental health and a focus on core learning concepts.
